MEET THE FOUNDER & trainer, NORELY GONZALEZ.

For much of my life, movement felt like something I had to do. Driven by pressure, expectation, and disconnection rather than presence. Trying Lagree changed everything for me, it was the first time I fell in love with movement in a way that felt intuitive, grounding, and sustainable.

Yoga became just as transformative, but in a different way. While Lagree taught me to embrace discomfort and discover my strength, yoga taught me the power of slowing down, being present, and finding stillness within myself. It helped me reconnect with my breath, quiet my mind, and understand that strength isn't always about pushing harder. Sometimes, it's about learning when to soften, surrender, and simply be.

As a Latina-owned studio, Casa Lagree was created to bring these transformative practices to Whittier, a community that deserves access to movement that strengthens both the body and mind. Especially for those who have felt disconnected from movement, intimidated by fitness spaces, or unsure of where to begin again.

Casa is not about perfection. It's about connection, strength, self-discovery, and coming home to your body.

I found something that changed my life, and I want to give others the opportunity to experience it too.
