  • Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout performed on the Megaformer. It combines slow, controlled movements with constant tension to build strength, endurance, and muscle definition without stressing your joints.

  • Yes. Every class is fully trainer-led and thoughtfully coached, with options to modify or progress based on your experience and comfort level.

    Lagree is not Pilates. It’s a strength-based method built on time under tension, controlled movement, and muscular fatigue.

    The goal is to train the muscles to fatigue safely and effectively, which means you’re encouraged to move at your own pace while maintaining proper form.

  • Expect to shake, move slowly, and feel muscles you didn’t know you had!

    Lagree is a coach-led group fitness experience. Like any new workout method, it may take a few classes to feel fully comfortable.

    Our instructors guide the room using clear cues and demonstrations, but because everyone is working at their own pace on the Megaformer, it’s completely normal to glance at a neighbor for a visual reference. This is part of the learning process.

    Over your first few classes, you’ll become more familiar with the machine, movement patterns, and instructor cues.

    Classes at Casa Lagree are intentionally kept small and focused (10 machines) so instructors can provide guidance while still creating the motivating energy of a group environment. You are never expected to get everything perfect your first class, consistency is where the growth happens.

  • Form fitting workout clothes are best so trainers can cue and correct alignment. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, they’re available for purchase at the studio.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class to allow time for check-in, a brief Megaformer introduction, and setup.

    First time late arrivals may not be permitted once class has started. Returning clients have a 5-minute grace period, arrivals after that will be considered a no-show and subject to a $25 fee.

  • Classes are 45 minutes. Every minute is intentional. There are no formal breaks, but listening to your body and resting when needed is always encouraged.

  • Most members see results with 2-4 classes per week. Consistency matters more than frequency.

  • Lagree is low-impact, but if you have injuries or are pregnant, please consult your physician first and inform your trainer before class so appropriate modifications can be offered.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged a $25 fee.

  • Classes, class packages, and memberships are non-refundable. However, you may upgrade your existing plan at any time.

    Refunds may occur in specific circumstances. If a class booked with a drop-in purchase is cancelled within the allowed cancellation window, the payment will be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • When joining the waitlist, you may be notified up to 1 hour before class if a spot becomes available.

    If a space opens, you will be automatically added to the class and our 12-hour cancellation policy will apply.

    If you are no longer able to attend, we strongly encourage cancelling your waitlist spot before being admitted to class to avoid a late cancel fee.

    If a waitlist booking is cancelled before the late cancel window, your credit will be returned to your account. If the reservation was made using a drop-in purchase, the payment will be refunded to the original card.
