CASA LAGREE.
our studio.
Casa Lagree is the first and only Latina-owned Lagree studio in Whittier, CA. The studio exists to empower every individual through the intensity and precision of the Lagree method, in a space that prioritizes safety, inclusivity, and community. We show up to help you feel stronger, more confident, and fully invested in your own progress.
Beyond the Megaformer, our space is designed to support your body just as intentionally as your training. Through Casa Flow, our gently heated yoga experience, we offer Vinyasa, Energized Vinyasa, and Gentle Flow classes designed to restore balance, improve mobility, and complement your Lagree practice. Paired with our Recovery amenities, featuring infrared sauna and recovery tools, we believe recovery is an essential part of building strength, longevity, and overall well-being.
Estás en tu casa.
the lagree method.
A high‑intensity, low‑impact on the joints workout designed to strengthen, tone, and sculpt your entire body. You’ll work muscles you didn’t know you had. Lagree is not Pilates. Created by Sebastien Lagree, this method uses a machine called MegaPro to combine strength training, cardio, endurance, and flexibility into one session.
Expect slow, controlled movements that keep your muscles under constant tension channeling the “Lagree shake” in just minutes. The results are fast, you’ll gain a stronger core, leaner muscles, and mental resilience.
