Casa Lagree is the first and only Latina-owned Lagree studio in Whittier, CA. The studio exists to empower every individual through the intensity and precision of the Lagree method, in a space that prioritizes safety, inclusivity, and community. We show up every day to help you feel stronger, more confident, and fully invested in your own progress.
Beyond the Megaformer, our Recovery Room is designed to support your body just as intentionally as your training. With infrared sauna and recovery tools available, we believe recovery an essential part of building strength, longevity, and balance.

the lagree method.
An intentionally high‑intensity, low‑impact workout designed to strengthen, tone, and sculpt your entire body—all without stressing your joints. Lagree is not Pilates. Created by Sebastien Lagree, this method uses a machine called the MegaPro to combine strength training, cardio, endurance, and flexibility into one session.
Expect slow, controlled movements that keep your muscles under constant tension—you’ll feel the “Lagree shake” in just minutes. The results are fast, you’ll gain a stronger core, leaner muscles, and more energy for your day.
YOUR FIRST CLASS.
(things you need to know)
1.
Arrive minimum 10-15 minutes ahead of class to get checked in, demo MegaPro, and prep for class.
2.
Grip socks are required for class, socks available for purchase.
3.
Your first class will be the most challenging. Give yourself grace and time to build your strength. Hydrate / take breaks as needed.
Class cancellations must be made 12 hours before class. Late cancels are $15. No-shows are $25 and forfeit the class credit.
